YOUR ORDER

How do I edit, ask questions about, or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order or something about your order was incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at cs@voodoola.com, by phone during business hours at (213)265-7640, or by simply replying to your order confirmation email. 

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email yet. What should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, there is a chance you may have entered your email incorrectly at checkout, or it may be in your junk mail folder. Contact us via email at cs@voodoola.com or by phone during business hours at (213)265-7640 and we can send you another confirmation. 

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take orders to ship?

All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. The only exceptions are if purchases are made within a window of a banking Holiday or if the item is a preorder. If the item is a preorder, a estimated shipping date will be in the item description. Once an order has been processed and you have received a shipping notification, orders cannot be cancelled. 

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on where the order is being shipped to, how fast the delivery is, and the weight and size of the items being shipped. Delivery options and pricing are custom calculated by the shipping provider at checkout for each order.

How will my order be shipped?

Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. International shipping will be fulfilled by USPS and the local post for the receiving country. Customers will be emailed tracking information as soon as their order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

Please contact cs@voodoola.com and reference your order number. You can also simply reply to your confirmation email. All sale and clearance items are non returnable and non refundable. 

Can I return an item that was on sale?

All sale and clearance items are final sale. 

Do you pay for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we do not currently cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will however provide you with a return label. 

When will I get my refund?

Once the return is processed, the customer will be notified and the charge should appear on your bank statement within 72 hours(varies depending on bank/credit institution.)
